Nearby traffic

The Traffic button above the tracking map shows other aircraft near you, from any combination of these sources:

  • VA traffic: other Canada Air Virtual pilots flying nearby
  • SayIntentions.AI: traffic from SayIntentions.AI (needs your SayIntentions.AI API key on your CAV profile)
  • Sim traffic: AI and multiplayer aircraft your simulator already knows about
  • VATSIM and IVAO: pilots online on those networks

Traffic only appears once you're connected to your sim and in the world, since it's filtered to what's actually near you.

For marker colours, setup and everything else you can add to the map (airspace, airports, navaids, approaches and weather radar), see Map layers.
