Minimum Activity Requirements

Pilots must use smartCARS 3 to submit their first flight report within seven (7) days of their registration acceptance. Failure to fly and submit your first flight within the first seven days of registration acceptance will result in your account being removed from Canada Air Virtual.

Pilots must use smartCARS 3 to submit a minimum of one (1) flight report per Calendar month to remain on the active roster.

Pilots not meeting the minimum activity requirement for any given Calendar month will be retired on the last day of that Calendar month.
